The refund will be 100% if made with the established deadline. In case not to do so in that time there will be no refund at least medical conditions (medical proof will be needed to apply it) or be made valid by bad weather conditions. In addition, due to weather issues, the tours can undergo changes on the itinerary without notice.

Guides will always put customer safety first, so may decide what activities to carry out.

If the reservation is made one day before the date on which it is carried after the tour, it will not be possible to cancel, only in special conditions such as mentioned in the preceding paragraph. That’s why it’s important to stay in touch with our agents to be able to provide them with a first class service. The refund will be partial in case that they want to cancel the reservation after 17:30 day after the tour

When booking a day earlier, and in case we do not have availability, you will be given full refund in case you cannot reschedule; this applies for tours with limited availability.

In case of "No Show", that is, if you do not show up for your tour, reschedule with an extra charge ranging from 0% to 50% of reservation depending on the tour I book and our availability.

When refunds are applied, they will be valid within the next 15 days skilled after request, as long as they are in the guidelines above mentioned.

Likewise, we are not responsible for lost valuables, so you should always keep valuables with you.
